1. HIIT Cardio

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This is a form of cardio which is really intenet and which will burn calories for you even when you're done with your workout.

What you need to do is jog for a good minute, then run as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then repeat this process over and over again. By doing this, you will be better able to burn the fat off your body. This will be more exhaustive though, so you will have to limit yourself to 15-20 minutes of this; do not worry though, it's as effective as if you did 45 minutes of steady state cardio, perhaps more-so.

2. Use Thermogenics

Another way to burn fat fast is to make use of products which will boost up your metabolism. These products are known as thermogenics and there are many different ones to choose from in any healthy story you visit.

One of the best thermogenics is a combination of caffeine and ephedrine, the only problem is ephedrine is banned in a lot of places and not easy to come across. The reason for the ban is that it can give heart palpitations and if you take too much, it can lead to some trouble. If you take it in moderation though you'll be fine.

If you can not get a hold of that, just pick up any other thermogenic you find in the store, but make sure you do your research on it first.
