Everlast Powercore Freestanding Punch Bag
A heavy-duty punch bag for a serious workout session. It can be adjusted in height from 132cm to 165cm and it weighs approximately 115kg when the base is filled with water or sand. The highly flexible neck is made from heavy-weight plastic and there is steel reinforcement in the base for stability. Three layers of durable foam absorbs the punches.
