What Is Turbo Fire?

Turbo Fire is a exercise that uses intervals called HIIT'S and it is proven to burn 9x more fat then regular cardio.

WHAT IS THE SECRET ????

Turbo Fire classes include High Intensity Interval Training (aka HIIT's). These short bursts of maximum effort followed by a quick recovery periods are the cutting edge of training for maximum transformation, proven to get results faster than any other type of cardio.

So how it will work is like this. You do a HIIT for a minute then you can recover for a minute and then go to the next workout. So for a minute you have to push it as max as you can go. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN P90X AND INSANITY?

P90x is more a Resistance Training and less Cardio turbo fire is the opposite Insanity Is max interval training which means it takes high intensity to a insane level. PLUS, for beginners Turbo fire has a modifier so everyone can do this.

HOW LONG IS TURBO FIRE?

The main package is a 12 week workout BUT if you get the Deluxe package you have an additional 8 weeks to the program. Chalene Johnson (The maker of Turbo Fire) wants you to make this a life plan workout.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN DO THIS?

Chalene says you can DO IT !!! Just do it that's it. If you think you let yourself go and feel like your not ready still go for it. Do what you can and that's all. Remember this is for EVERYONE !! You do it at your own intensity. For example: I do 30 push ups and then I can not do any more and you do 25. That does not mean you did not try. You did as much as you could do and you still feel like me. So you do not need to do a different program before starting this one.

HOW LONG DOES A CLASS LAST?

Well that is hard to say. Some classes last 15 minutes. I know what your saying right now. 15 minutes? That's not hard but after the workout you will be dying in a good way though. There are longer Classes though but you will give it your all and feel great.
